July 4th; An early start today. I didn’t really feel like an early start. Then again, I did pay a bit of money for these tickets to this music festival and all. Kate, Ryan, Ben and I all headed down to STA travel first, to book our tour. I had been somewhat swayed.
After that the boys pretty much immediately jumped on the tube home. Apparently they slept for a good long time. Hendo got up at six in the evening, which is an amazing feat for one who went to bed at the same time as the rest of us and didn’t get out of bed with any of us that morning. Paying for the tour was probably the single hugest money drop I’ve done in my life, past even my school fees in all likeliness. It was done. It turns out the one that left on the ninth, only five days from this entry, was booked out that night or morning. We had to opt for a forty six day tour starting on the twenty third. Time to survive on no money for two and a half weeks!

July 3rd; Bubbles for the Aquarium and squeaks from the Dungeons. We were up bright and early today. If I remember it was pretty sunny, with a bit of rain later on that I bravely braved in search of internet cafes.
First up was the Aquarium. We caught the subway down to Westminster again, right by the bridge. We crossed that bridge over not-too-troubled water. The Aquarium had some cool stuff in it. Fish. Inverterbrates. Water. It isn’t really a touch on the Sydney or Melbourne outfits. I did like one thing though… themes! Nearly every enclosure had some stupid fantasy theme. Think big underwater Easter Island heads with big Nurse Sharks swimming around them. Fish and rays swarming around some Greek looking sculpture in a little sunken city. That was cool. It was also very unlikely. If anyone wants to take me diving by some Atlantean ruins or Mermaid towns, please, drop me a line. Catch me on the down low.

July 2nd; London is older than it ever has been, yet it does not seem so old to me. It is newer than it ever has been, too. We took a cruise up and down the Thames today. I hoped to make it to the Tower of London, dragging the others with me.

July 1st; A new month, waking up late. I am more than content and just a little proud to say as much! When each night you sleep is actively eating at diminishing coffers you rarely let a morning go by. That’s the way we’ve been living. Maybe I should take that approach to life more often? Maybe smokers could take that advice. Maybe everyone should. Maybe I should stop pushing opinions around like a pram? Everyone likes to sleep in, and no one likes babies.

June 30th; I am still awake. As of writing the last entry, I have had no sleep. It has not been the longest night, however…
Four Thirty. Our airport shuttle is booked. We all meet downstairs, in the lobby. People have been up to various things. I have stayed downstairs to catch up on my Travels and think. Kate and Ryan got some sleep, and I believe that Hendo and Ben played Jenga and had a yelling party. They may have had some rest.
